Kenny Florian Drops To 145 Division
UFC fighter, Kenny Florian, confirmed a recent rumor via his Twitter account that he'll be cutting down weight classes from lightweight to featherweight.
"I'll indeed be fighting at 145 pounds," Kenny Tweeted. "It is a great new challenge. My goal is to get belt at featherweight, and I'll be back at 155."
Currently Jose Aldo holds the UFC featherweight title and is scheduled to defend his title against Mark Hominick at UFC 129.
Kenny isn't sure what to expect with the weight cut stating, "I'm not sure if it would be a total lifestyle change, but yeah, it'd probably be another lifestyle change. We'll see. I'm not, well – we'll see."
