It's finally here; UFC 136 featuring the rematch between lightweight champion, Frankie Edgar and top contender, Gray Maynard. Finally, the score will be settled to see who the true top lightweight really is. Will it be 13-1-1 Frankie Edgar, or the only man to beat him, undefeated Gray Maynard? Also, can featherweight newcomer, Kenny Florian dethrone Jose Aldo, and take the title for himself? Follow along for live results to find out.

MELVIN GUILLARD VS. JOE LAUZON
Rd1 - Guillard comes out swinging. Left hook from lauzon. Guillard kick to the body. Lauzon lands again hurts Guillard. Guillard falls forward. Lauzon quickly attacks and takes Guillards back. Lauzon wraps him up, tangles his throat, turns Guillard over and Guillard is forced to tap early in the first round!

LEONARD GARCIA VS. NAM PHAN
Rd1 - Both men come out swinging typical style to both of them. Phan throws a front kick far from landing. Leonard with a kick to the body. Garcia with a leg kick. Phan double left jabs. Phan comes in quick with a heavy combo. Phan lands straight knocking Garcia backwards to the mat. Phan quickly takes top position in full guard. Garcia putting his brown belt to work solidly defending. Ref resets them to the center. Phan lands a left hook and Garcia looks wobbly. Leg kick from Garcia. Phan finding his distance and timing the counter very well. Garcia with leg kicks trying to create distance, but he's clearly still shaken. Garcia shoots for a takedown, pulling Phan to his knees, but can't complete. Garcia throwing heavy now, and Phan countering easily. A lot of action in this first round with a minute still left. Garcia's back against the cage, Phan attacking in as Garcia continues to wildly throw haymakers with nothing landing. Phan landing at will and accidentally pokes Garcia's eye. Quick pause and fighters reset. Garcia attacks, Phan pushes forward pushing Garcia to the mat. Phan follows to the mat rolling Garcia over south to north as time expires. Easy 10-9 for Phan.
Rd2 - Garcia looking a little more composured comes out swinging again. Phan attacks in causing Garcia to retreat and again start with leg kicks trying to create distance. Phan stalking sends Garcia to the cage, Phan with an impressive combo. Garcia desperate now throws spinning back elbow missing, and now again swinging for the fences. Phan patiently stalking and countering. Phan with a head kick just grazes Garcia's head. Garcia striking Phan's body, Phan with an uppercut. Not sure how Garcia is still standing at this point. Phan with another quick combo. Garcia clinging on. Phan outclassing Garcia, and Garcia is not trickling blood down the right side of his face. Another easy round for Phan 10-9.
Rd3 - Garcia throws a head kick that misses. Leg kick from Garcia. Garcia fighting a much cleaner round. As Phan stalks in, Garcia lands heavy on Phan sending him to his ass. Garcia attacks in and has Phan against the cage. Garcia swinging wildly! Phan is in big trouble. Garcia landing on Phan's chin from both directions. Phan finally grabs the clinch and tries to slow Garcia's attack. Phan separates and Garcia presses forward. Garcia swinging wildly in the center of the cage, and Phan has regained composure and is countering confidently again. Phan shoots for a take down and drops Garcia to the mat into full guard. Garcia wraps up Phan defending nicely earning a reset once again. Head kick from Garcia misses. Spinning back fist from Garcia misses. Garcia swinging wildly shoots for a take down himself, but can't seal the deal. Garcia closes the round with a violent flurry as Phan covers up defending the final seconds. Garcia took the round making the final decision once again very interesting. 10-9 Garcia.

CHAEL SONNEN VS. BRIAN STANN
Rd1 - Stann swings, Chael ducks under and shoots. Clinches and takes Stann to the fence. Knee by Sonnen. Stann reverses. hook to the body by Stann, Chael throwing knees. Sonnen reverses Stann's back to the cage. Knee to the body by Chael. Stann fist to Sonnen's midsection. Chael separates from the cage and sweeps Stann to the mat right into side control. Stann knees to the body as Stann pushes to and tries to defend. Chael punching Stann's head and looking to mount. Stann turns and pulls Chael into guard. Stann tries to stand, and Sonnen uses it to take Stann's back. Sonnen wraps up Stann and is punching the side of his head. Stann holds Sonnen's wrist to stay safe and Sonnen turns Stann into full mount. Stann bucks and gives up his back again. Stann stands with Sonnen still holding Stans back. Sonnen takes ahold of Stann and tosses him again to the mat again controlling his back. Stann turns over and gets Sonnen into Guard. Sonnen stands and starts dopping heavy punches and Stann pulls Sonnen again into guard. Stann climbing up Sonnen's body but Sonnen knows better and drops another heavy hand. Sonnen completely worked Stann in the first round 10-9.
Rd2 - Sonnen quickly drops and takes Stann to the mat. Sonnen in half guard has Stann against the cage and is dropping fists. Sonnen grabs ahold of Stanns neck and uses it to pass into side control. Elbow to the side of Stann's head. Sonnen full mount with almost four minutes remaining. Stann holding Sonnen close as Sonnen smothers and slamming Stann with his body. Stann trying to escape, hip escape pulls Sonnen into half guard and now full guard. Stann controlling Sonnen's arm and ref resets completely unjustified. Stann lands backing up Sonnen momentarily. Sonnen shoots and is stuffed. Sonnen clinches, picks up Stann carrying him on his shoulder and slams him down into side control. Sonne drabs ahold of Stanns neck takes ahold of an arm triangle! It's deep! Stann trying to hold on, but finally gives way and taps!

JOSE ALDO VS. KENNY FLORIAN (5 Rd Title Fight)
Rd1 - Glove touch and here we go! Blocked head kick from Kenny. Leg kick from Kenny. Another. Kenny testing the jab. Aldo studying. Aldo rushes in with a heavy handed combo backing up Kenny. kenny circling out, and Aldo presses in yet again. Leg kick from Kenny. Jab from Kenny. Kenny shoots for a take down and Aldo makes him pay tagging him on the way up. Aldo comes in, Kenny uses it to drop Aldo to the mat. Aldo back to his feet. Kenny tries to follow through dragging him to the cage but Aldo stuffs the takedown. kenny pressing on Aldo against the fence. Kenny ahold of a leg, drops low. Kenny trips Aldo to the mat, but Aldo back to his feet. Drags him immediately back to the mat, but Aldo up again. Aldo trying to escape, Kenny takes Aldo's back. Knees to the thigh from Kenny. Aldo waits and escapes to the center. Quick combo by Florian now feelings more confident. Aldo looks fresh though. Aldo swings a heavy right, Kenny ducks under and shoots, but to no avail. Kenny presses Aldo back to the cage. Kenny looking for an elbow against the cage. Shoulder butt from kenny and a short knee and another elbow to end the round. Florian takes the round 10-9
Rd2 - Aldo lands a right hand. High kick from Kenny. Superman punch misses fro Kenny. Kenny is pushing foward aggressively stalking. Kenny presses in, Aldo lands a short right. Hard right from Aldo, but Kenny ducks under. Aldo appearing confused. Aldo pushes forward but not using strength in his punches any longer. Crown becomes restless with lack of action. Leg kick from Kenny. Aldo returns the favor with a pair of inside leg kicks. Kenny presses forward trading jabs.Aldo appears to wind up, but can't find a time to let go. Kenny with a pair of inside leg kicks. High kick from Kenny misses. Kenny with fancy footwork constantly circling away. high kick from Aldo lands. Aldo pushes forward, fighters clinch, and Aldo tosses Kenny to the mat. Kenny quickly back to his feet. Kenny ducks to shoot, but doesn't commit. Leg kick from Aldo. Big leg kick from Kenny saving him from a big right. Kenny pushing foward clinches Aldo against the cage with seconds to go. Closer round on this one, but another 10-9 for Kenny.
Rd3 - Kenny's corner thinks Aldo is tiring. Aldo pressing forward proving otherwise. Aldo forward catches Kenny with a left jab. Aldo finding his distance. Front kick from Aldo. Kenny with a leg kick. Inside kick from Aldo and Kenny loses his footing while Aldo tags Kenny with a followup combo. Right from Aldo. Left and another right from Aldo. Kenny ducks under shoots for a takedown, but pulls Aldo on top of him in full mounth. Kenny trying to hip escape and he does into half guard. Aldo attemtping to mount, but Kenny pulling back with hip escapes. Good Right from Aldo. Kenny tries to sweep Aldo, but can't get it. Aldo tries moving up, and Kenny skillyfully pushes Aldo off. Kenny uses the opportunity to stand and escape with little damage. Kenny shooting for a take down pushes Aldo to the cage. Not enough time left, and the round comes to a close. Big round for Aldo, 10-9.
Rd4 - Leg kick from Aldo, but Kenny checks. Kenny with a non-committal spinning back fist. Aldo mixing in jabs. Inside leg kick from Aldo hurts Kenny again and fighters clinch. Aldo looks comfortable, Kenny shoots and can't get it. Clinched against the cage and Aldo with a big knee. After much effort, Aldo finally escapes to the center of the cage. Kenny looking a little tired now, and Aldo takes a deep breathe. Kenny forward, engages the clinch and walks Aldo back to the cage. Kenny with a knee to Aldo's body and Aldo reverses. Knee from Aldo to Kenny's thigh. Kenny reverses, drops for a single, but Aldo spreads and defends. Aldo escapes and lands a body shot. Kenny again with the clinch pressing Aldo back to the cage. Aldo separates, and the round closes both men kicking and swinging without anything landing. Close round 10-10.
Rd5 - Kenny has another spring in his step, bouncing, peppering in missed jabs. Kenny back to the clinch and back to the cage. Knee to the body from Kenny. Kenny with a shoulder butt. Kenny grabs a single, and Aldo slides out. Kenny shoots for a single and slips to the mat. Aldo standing, Kenny on his back, Aldo trying to pepper in kicks while Kenny defends, kicking at Aldo's legs. Aldo presses in and lands in Kenny's half guard. Aldo sneaks over and gets full mount. Kenny bucks wildly and squeezes out, but Aldo maintains top position now in half guard. Aldo again shooting for full mount, but Kenny uses the opportunity to slide out and stand up. Fighters clinched against the cage and ref resets to the center. Aldo now pressing Kenny back to the fence. Kenny reverses, but neither fighter doing much work. Florian separates with a big combo and an attempted flying knee. kenny backs up, with a front kick and Aldo now swinging as the fight nears the end. Aldo earns the round 10-9, and MMA30 sees this fight as a draw!

FRANKIE EDGAR VS. GRAY MAYNARD (5 Rd Title Fight)
Rd1 - Maynard presses forward early in his crouched position. Frankie as usual, quick on his feet circling and jabbing from the outside. Nice combo from Edgar. Edgar circles and finally shoots for a take down dragging Gray to the cage. They separate. Head kick from Gray misses. huge uppercut by Gray wobbles Frankie. Gray attacks! Big knee from Gray, Gray pressing forward. Edgar rushes Gray and clinches to recover. Frankie lands clean on Gray's chin buying much needed time for the champion. Gray another uppercut floors Edgar. Edgar grabs ahold of Grays legs, stands to his feet, eats another. Frankie dancing around and another uppercut! This round looking earily similar to their last fight. high kick from Gray. Big knee drops Edgar again! Gray trying to finish it this time. Edgar's nose is smashed and appears to be broken. Left hook by Gray. No way Edgar makes it out of this fight alive! Gray backs up and Frankie appears to have recovered attacking forward. Gray lands on Edgar's chin as the round expires. Great first round! 10-8 Maynard.
Rd2 - Edgar cleaned up and appears to be recovered, again similar to their last fight. Frankie stalking, Maynard again crouched pawing and testing Edgar's advance. A minute in, and not much attack. Gray appears to be waiting for an opportunity to land another uppercut. Frankie moves forward and lands a quick combo. Leg kick from Edgar, and Gray appears to get a little more serious in his stance. Edgar misses a head kick. Edgar the aggressor in this round, lands a good right. Quick combo from Edgar and Gray lands a single. Frankie shoots for the take down, Gray stuffs and breaks away with an uppercut. Bofy shot from Edgar. Leg kick from Edgar. Edgar with a quick combo. Gray loads, fires and misses as buzzer sounds. 10-9 Edgar.
Rd3 - Leg kick from Edgar. Edgar presses forward with a quick combo and Maynard defends. Knee from Maynard. Another uppercut misses from Maynard. Edgar with a leg kick. Edgar shoots, Maynard grabs his neck and uses it to stuff. Leg kick from Edgar, and Maynard returns the favor. Gray with another attempted uppercut lands on Edgar's body. Frankie with a right. Maynard pawing out jabs, Edgar lazily shoots and Maynard backs up. Quick one two from Edgar and Maynard can't find his distance. It appears Maynard is waiting for an opening for one more heavy shot, but hasn't found a home for it. 10-9 Edgar.
Rd4 - Edgar still very impressive on his feet. Edgar shoots and separates with a body shot. Frankie lands another nice combo. Leg kick from Edgar. Maynard ducks for a take down, but can't get it. Big right from Edgar followed by an uppercut. Edgar presses forward lands again, but Maynard with a big counter. Leg kick from Edgar, and again. Gray again drops low grabs a single, but Edgar escapes. Edgar forward, lands a right and bounce out. Combo from Edgar to the body. Both men shoot for a take down, both fall to the mat together. Edgar stands and lands a solid uppercut on Gray sending him back to the mat. Maynard tries to escape running to the fence, Edgar chases him down, pounces, tees off and the ref steps in to save the defenseless Gray Maynard!
